You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal by contacting support.
2. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.
3. After the Refund Window
After 7 days from the purchase or renewal date, payments are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a request using our Refund Request Form. You will be asked to provide your name, account email, order ID, and reason for the refund. You may also visit paddle.net to manage your purchase directly.
