Curath generates personalized learning paths using publicly available YouTube videos and AI. We do not host or own the video content shown.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

Curath and its branding are owned by us. YouTube content is owned by its respective creators and governed by YouTube's Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or the continuous availability of third-party videos.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email.
